ONTRACK
Distributors, wholesalers, cash & carries, key accounts with central warehouses, vending operators, transporting companies, and importers involved in the trade and ownership of tobacco products, operating in the European Union, are eligible to apply for reimbursement of the software and hardware necessary to read, record and transmit all TPD requested data.


As per Article 16(2) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/574, the eligible economic operators will have applied for a facility identifier code from the ID issuer competent for the territory in which the facility is located under the category of either “standalone warehouse” or “other”. This excludes the economic operators who will have applied for a facility identifier code under categories “manufacturing site with warehouse” or “retail outlet”.
